Mikhail Matyushin

Chief Executive Officer

Mikhail joined Nexign in 2003 as a lead engineer and has held various management positions since then. In 2018, he took charge of implementation projects for MegaFon, one of Nexign’s key clients, and in 2019, he became the company’s Chief Technology Officer. In September 2023, Mikhail was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for strategic planning and development of the company.

Sergey Karpov

Chief Commercial Officer

Sergey joined the company in May 2023. Before Nexign, he worked at Beeline and became Chief Commercial Officer at Speech Technology Center. At Speech Technology Center, Sergey was responsible for distributed sales teams and facilitated the implementation of AI products in major industries. His current responsibilities include the company’s entry into new markets, business diversification, and strengthening billing sales.

Maxim Nartov

Chief Business Officer

As Nexign’s Chief Business Officer, Maxim leverages his prior experience as the BSS Product Director and the profound understanding of CSPs to expand Nexign’s presence on the market. Maxim boasts a strong knowledge of OSS/BSS and over 20 years of practical experience in a number of areas, including R&D, Sales, and implementation projects from both the vendor and the telecom operator perspectives.

Valeria Tenyayeva

Chief Human Resources Officer

Valeria joined Nexign in 2019 as Head of HR Administration and Incentive Program Management. At the end of 2022, she was appointed to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer. Before Nexign, Valeria held various HR positions at Mercer and Citibank. Today she is responsible for the whole range of issues related to personnel policy, recruitment, training, and career development.

Peter Urvachev

Chief Technical Officer of Product Development

Peter joined Nexign in 2003 when he headed the TELECOM group of the New Technologies Department. Under his leadership, he developed products that enable service control and real-time billing. In October 2023, Peter was appointed Chief Technical Officer of Product Development. In his new role, he is responsible for the development, implementation, and support of the company's products and solutions.

Andrey Knyazev

Chief Technical Officer of MegaFon Business Systems

Before joining Nexign in 2021, Andrey served as CIO of MegaFon's North-West branch. In October 2023, he was appointed Chief Technical Officer of MegaFon Business Systems.

Rustem Gabdrakhimov

Chief Operating Officer

Rustem joined Nexign in 2022 and became the Head of the Security Department. He has been coordinating cross-functional projects and participating in the integration of Nexign into MegaFon group. As COO, he will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the supporting divisions.
