Nexign and MegaFon to introduce new digital partnership business models at HighLoad++ in Moscow
Together with its customer MegaFon, Nexign (a part of ICS Holding) will be participating in the HighLoad++ conference in Moscow (Skolkovo) on 7–8 November 2019.
Nexign and MegaFon’s presentation will be focused on the digital partnership models between telecom operators and third parties (ASPs, OTT). Topics of discussion will include:
- the architecture of real-time systems for charging and policy control in the network of a telecom operator with a subscriber base of over 75 million
- a new business model enabling telecom operators to integrate with a partner’s digital services and manage quality of service (QoS) together with their partners
- the benefits of integration for both parties, telecom operators and content providers/application service providers (ASPs), based on some specific case studies and examples
- congestion management in telecom operators’ networks.
As part of their presentation, the Nexign and MegaFon team will also give a live demo on QoS management, both for telecom operators’ networks and for partner services, using SCEF (Service Capability Exposure Function).
SCEF is an integral part of Nexign Network Monetisation Suite. With this functionality, telecom operators have the opportunity to securely expose their network and infrastructure to a host of partners such as ASPs, content providers and IoT platforms, and to significantly improve their UX.
HighLoad++ is the annual conference for developers of highload systems, bringing together over 3,000 participants from Russia and the rest of the world. The event aims to promote the exchange of knowledge about technologies which serve a multitude of users simultaneously.
