Peter-Service Positioned in Gartner’s 2017 Magic Quadrant
Peter-Service, a leading provider of Revenue and Customer Management solutions for the digitally driven telecoms market, has announced today that it has been included in this year’s Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM)1 by leading analyst firm Gartner.
The Gartner Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs evaluates “solutions that provide billing, customer care, rating, charging, pricing, partner relationship management, policy management, mediation, self-service, analytics and other related functions”. Companies are evaluated across a broad range of criteria and positioned according to “completeness of vision” and “ability to execute”.
Gartner has evaluated Peter-Service and positioned the company’s BSS Platform among 21 providers in IRCM. Peter-Service believes that its inclusion in this year’s report is a testament to its focus on enabling the transformation of Communication service providers to Digital service providers (DSP) and it reflects the company’s growing stature as a leading IRCM vendor on a global scale.
