Nexign Shortlisted for TM Forum Excellence Awards 2021
TM Forum’s prestigious awards recognizes the organisations making a significant contribution to the acceleration of digital transformation throughout the industry.
Nexign (part of ICS Holding), a leading Business Support Systems (BSS) provider, today announced that it had been shortlisted for TM Forum’s Excellence Awards 2021 in the Human Factor category. The nomination comes as a recognition of its NX Ambassadors Club project focused on raising awareness of corporate values within the company.
The top five nominees that will become official Excellence Award finalists will be announced on June 30, 2021. TM Forum will name the winners at this year’s Digital Transformation World Series, which starts on September 22, 2021.
TM Forum’s Excellence Awards has been recognising the organisations that make a significant contribution to the acceleration of digital transformation throughout the telecom industry since 2007. The awards go to the companies worldwide for their achievements spanning technology, business practices, and innovations.
The Human Factor award recognises companies that have found a solution for human factor challenges that had profoundly influenced their own corporate culture, organisational structure and employee well-being.
NX Ambassadors Club is Nexign’s internal project launched as a part of the company’s expansion to the international markets. It seeks to engage the employees with corporate values and facilitate their adaptation to the global business environment while speeding up the business transformation. While the NX Ambassadors Club project is still underway, some figures signify the effectiveness of the program. According to the employee engagement survey, 96% of Nexign team members share its core values, and 95% of respondents are proud to work at the company.
“Congratulations to Nexign for being shortlisted as a nominee in this year’s Excellence Awards,” said Nik Willetts, CEO, TM Forum. “Our awards program showcases organisations driving innovation in the communications industry and exemplify our members’ commitment to advancing digital transformation through the use of best practices and standards which are collaboratively developed by our member community. Our sincere congratulations to Nexign and we wish all of our nominees the best of luck.”
“Being shortlisted for TM Forum Excellence Awards is a great honor to our company,” said Yulia Poslavskaya, Chief Marketing Officer of Nexign. “This nomination indicates international recognition of Nexign’s efforts to sustain the complex business transformation we have undergone through multifaceted work with our own team members.
