Nexign has released Nexign Business Travel, an IT system for automating business travel and travel expense management. The solution helps companies optimize the burden on administrative departments and manage travel budgets more efficiently.

The solution integrates with travel partners and accounting and ERP systems. Due to the automatic data uploading, the time required to organize a business trip is reduced from several hours to a couple of minutes, and the risk of errors associated with information filling decreases significantly.

The employee, independently or through an assistant, creates a request and chooses a convenient flight or train and accommodation option. After that, the notification goes to the supervisor and the travel manager for approval. In case of unforeseen situations, the employee can contact the travel service provider directly via live chat.

Nexign Business Travel includes the necessary expense reports. They allow managers to track travel budgets and manage limits quickly. When selecting services, the system prompts the user to determine whether the reservation complies with the company's travel policy.
